Munchkin Formula Dispenser

Remove lid, fill with single serving of powdered formula or cereal (follow formula manufacturer’s instructions). Replace lid and twist until spout is over desired compartment before pouring into bottle or bowl.

Wash before use. Do not microwave, boil or steam sterilize. Inspect for damage before giving to child. This is not a toy. Adult supervision required during use.
